Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

We offer standard shipping throughout the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Expedited or Overnight Shipping

    May be available at checkout depending on your location. Rates vary by carrier.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its delivery status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain items depending on carrier limitations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
